Message (optional)	E.g. "My cat scared the robbers away. She is the greatest cat in the world."
File (Photo or Video)	E.g. "cat.gif". Image formats supported: GIF, JPG, PNG, TIFF. Video formats supported: AVI, MOV, WMV, MPG, MP4, ASF, 3GP, 3G2.
*Your Name*	Your name will not be published and is kept for record keeping only in the event that your submission is chosen as the Cat of the Month.
*Your Email*	Your email address will not be published and is used for record keeping only. You will be notified by email if your cat is chosen as the Cat of the Month.

The owner of the Cat of the Month receives 25% of net revenue from merchandise sales featuring their cat
